Default Jackal

Here I go again: I would love to have an African jackal (don't care what kind, black backed, side stripped, golden) for my diorama. I cannot get a hold of the retired Schleich one, and I am not too fond of its looks. I do not like Noah's pals ones because they are tiny in comparison to Schleich and Papo. I did transform a Safari LTD fox pair into a black back jackal, but not sure if I like it now. I am to picky I think. The Safari LTD coyote is great, but much too big to be a jackal I have some tube animals that may work.

Needless to say, any suggestions on what other animal replica could pass as a jackal when transformed (painted)? I cannot find any jackals anywhere.

thanks so much

Shawn

I recently bought a Science and Nature dingo, it's small only 5cm tall. Here's a link to the place I bought it from

I don't know if you could pass it off as a jackal, maybe? Here's a picture of my one:

excuse the koala

thanks Harriet!

I think the dingo may be my best shot. I like the look and the size is perfect. thanks for letting me know. I agree that the Wild Republic one is too big.

Thanks again...Shawn
