Good afternoon dear Friends

I hope that you are all well.

Yesterday afternoon, Monsieur Firmin and Miss Periwinkle have worked on Mrs Applepie's tearoom which has an interesting architecture and once again becomes a new building once the brick and stone effect has been applied.

The front walls of the buildings located park side being achieved, I will now start planning the design of the pedestrian alley located along the shops as well as Mrs Applepie restaurant / tearoom's terrace and fruit & vegetable garden. The grand avenue will be done last since I am waiting for the release of the Sylvanian victorian house in Europe, hoping that it is not a Japan only exclusivity. Japan being a great fan of the Sylvanian Families with dedicated theme parks.

I will also think about creating custom signs for the grand department store which will called Harrods ( white signage on dark green background ) and the very first sign ever created for the first business venture of my dear Mrs Aplepie, Head Cook's restaurant and tearoom simply called "Mrs Applepie & Co"

I invite you to follow the latest creations of my 2 little assitants on the façade of the tearoom before embarking on a journey of creating the gardens and alleys. Designing and creating gardens is what I enjoy the most with creating Mrs Applepie's 1001 delights victorian kitchen.
