Let me introduce myself.......

[General Chit Chat]

I am General Sir Bertram Sebastian Chit Chat

I am the third son of Sir Humphrey Horatio Chit Chat, from a long line of Chit Chats, all of whom have covered themselves with military glory, and my mother was the daughter of a lowly sagger-makers bottom knocker (google it!) in the village of Mavis Enderby in the heart of England. As a boy I found my time was taken up with the pursuit of fencing, and I spent many a long hour practising on the servants and my dear old nanny, who I am sure remember me fondly to this day.

At the age of 14 the army came through town on a recruitment drive, so I lied about my age and with my fathers words (no Chit Chat ever runs away!)echoing in my head I joined up there and then. I was trained at Gravelhurst Military Academy in the heart of the West Sussexcestershire countryside.

After a long and glorious military career in England, there was an unfortunate misunderstanding involving a nun and a leg of mutton, and I thought it best to travel abroad. After some adventures in the Carribean (best not to ask about those) I landed in the colonies in search of fame and fortune and more battles.
I fought in many battles, most notably at the Battle of Grazed Elbow,after which I had to retire.
Now I intend to travel the world, avoiding of course that angry nun, and seek to see and understand more of world. Without having to kill anyone.
Now I have been unceremoniously stuffed into a handbag and taken to Belgium, and thence to Stockholm, although that journey was enlived by the charming belly dancers.

My friends I've taken up enough of your time, I hope to see you when I call.

I hope you will keep close to the belly dancers so you will not freeze there in the snowy Sweden and I hope to meet you when you are back in Belgium one day.

It's very nice to meet such a well-rounded person on this forum.

You seem to have had many and adventure and I am sure if there are some rainy days and you are stuck somewhere, you could sneak onto a computer and tell us all a little more about your life.
