Time for an update.....Just finished my second week-end in Montreal. Overall, good visit, a little on the quiet side of things for me but that is OK. In his defense I have to say that Mad Nick has been doing a lot of over time in the last few weeks so I haven't seen alot of him. Hiis wife and kids have been very nice to me....and I have gotten to know the maid a lot better very nice lady....

So here are the pictures of my visit to Mad Nick's office.

First I got a grand view of his floor....honestly it looks like any other office floor. Then I met the 2 rescued Klickies...that was fun....Mad Nick had a little suprise for me, Bernard my nephew was also present...you can imagine how delighted I was to see him again. Last time I saw him he was a little boy.....

We also got to take a group picture....that was really hilarious...everybody wanted to be next to me...it took us over 15 minutes to take the picture....Mad Nick almost gave up

Excellent pictures, I must say. That a rather colourful group, although I'm surprised there are no females around.

You must have been very surprised to bump into Bernard after all these years.

That view isn't too bad.

Sorry to hear that Nick is so busy and I'm not surprised that his family are such nice people I guess we may hear more about the maid some day.

Gaston Lagaffe does look a little odd, but it could have been that his sleep was disturbed and he was looking for a quiet nook to get a little more shut-eye. Your arrival at the office seems to have caused a lot of excitement.

Looking forward to hearing more and thanks for the updates.

Good to hear things are going well for you General. Looks like quite the lively group there, they must keep Nick on his toes.

He has his pillow at work! Is that so he can take naps?
It's nice that you've met so many friendly folks in Canada, General. Bernard looks like a fine fellow and it's great that you were able to connect again after all these years.
Have you found any belly dancers yet?

Default A wonderful day

Mad Nick and his family are very quiet and spend as much time as possible together. I have spent a lot of time with the family, let me tell you 8 year old twins keep you really buzy.

We had plans for the long weekend (Mad Nick has taken every Friday off in August) but as usual things did not work the way we planned it. Friday was spent getting the kids school supplies and the weekly grocery shopping. I think we visited something like a millions stores (or at least it felt that long).

On Saturday we visited the living room airport and had to go to the hardware store for a few items....you may have seen the results, Mad Nick posted them yesterday.

Today we decided we should stay home and rest...kids are getting tired and they get a little to cranky. I on the other hand had a great day....since Sunday is Kristin's day off, I asked her to accompany me for the day, nothing fancy, a quiet day just the two of us. We took some food and went for a picnic and a little walk. We had a good time.

The General

Well, very nice indeed.

It's so nice to see that you aren't missing the belly dancers too much. Kristin is a very attractive woman - don't break her heart.

I think staying with Nick and his family is having a very calming effect on youm even if there are things that don't always work out. Twins can do that sometimes.

It has been wonderful reading about your visit and the pictures are great.

Thanks a lot.
