Putting Pictures Up from your computer

This isn't the best explanation of how to put pictures up but I hope it will help. If anyone has a better one please post it.

Images need to be no wider than 900 pixels wide and use only up to 150 KB, so please resize them with a program you have or are familiar with. the pixel length isn't important. I use photo shop but there are quite a few other programs available.

I resize the image and then re-save it to my computer under the command of "save for web" because then I can see how many KBs it is.

Then after writing the post I click on "manage attachments" and upoad the image.
