![]() Good afternoon
![]() Some of you me remember me through my Playmobil Victorian creations and customisations on my Return to Regent St project which I developed over a period of 4 years but this wonderful adventure which was abruptly interrupted by the loss of my job in Luxembourg. I then had to carefully pack a 3.5 meter x 1.5 meter diorama which has still been stored in my house in South West France since February 2016. I have since been battling life upfront as many of us do until I found a new permanent job in the UK which I know very having for having lived in Windsor for 10 years and have settled in the charming little community of Marlow located on the banks of the River Thames, a few miles away from London. The flat which I have rented has a much reduced living space that the one in Luxembourg and cannot consider getting the Return to Regent St diorama shipped back to the UK. But the good news is that following the release of the Sylvanian Families New Town Series which scale is very similar to that of Playmobil, I wish to embark on a new miniature project set in Victorian times in a leafy and elegant district of London featuring a Department Store, a Restaurant and a few other surprises that I would really like to take you along this exciting new journey. I am at the very early stage of planning this project which I wish to be evocative of Springtime, childhood and the innocence of a by gone era. I will bring back my collection of custom figures, furniture, vehicles, plants & flowers as well as the lighting sets and anything relevant for this project early June following my holidays in France and will then kick start this new exciting project. May I take this opportunity to which you all a Happy Easter and tell you how happy I am to finally be able to reopen the magic door to the enchanted land of Toys & Miniatures ! Here are a few pictures taken during a photoshoot presentation for my YouTube Channel Playmovictorian. Karim
