Default Meerkat Repaint

Safari LTD Meerkats come in a set of 3, the only difference between them are the position of the heads, and the space between their elbows where the plastic loop laces through to hold them together in stores.

If you search them up online, usually they'll show you pictures like this:

...They don't look like this at all.

They look like this:

So I decided to repaint one of mine. The original is on the left, mine is on the right

I didn't realize how sloppy my paint job is until I took photos. Whoops. :P I still think it's an improvement!

There's also another I repainted. I transformed a Ring-Tailed Lemur into a Meerkat because they have similar face shapes.

I trimmed the ears..and tried to shape the tail tip.

Still has a lemur-like look because of the pose and bending tail. Oh well! I had 2 lemurs, so I said "why not". Lemurkat!

Your repaint is an amazing improvement on the set and even the ring-tailed one doesn't look bad at all.

Thank you, everyone! ^^ I think I should invest in a nice desk lamp and a magnifying glass, so I can do a little better. Some of the repaints I've seen posted here are beautiful beyond words. I'd like to reach that kind of quality someday.
