If members would please add terms used. Some terms are used in other places, especially when bying or selling things.

Please keep it to the terms and not chit-chat, so that people can find what they are looking for.

Some countries provide an additional service, where you can order spare parts, extra parts you want. You usually can contact them online if you go to playmobil.com, choose your country (if it's on the list) and see if you can find the contact icon on the right top side of the site.

You should provide them with the partnumber, you can find this in instruction sheets, on playmodb, by asking others, sometimes they also want to have the setnumber, things like that but that is usually different in other countries.

If you don't want to be surprised by a mega invoice, you can ask the price before you order parts.

MIB: Mint in Box
MISB : Mint in sealed Box
NIB: New In Box
OVP : german term for MIB

You have to be careful because sometimes sellers use these terms quit wide, meaning that sometimes it's not always according to the description, if you see a picture, it serves to pay attention

Customizing

It seems obvious for members who are already longer reading forums but with customize we mean change the appearance of a klicky, a vehicule, something playmo related.

Even with changing some clothes, body parts we can say it's a custom, it can go very far with even using other materials.

Add-on
Playmobil also sells add-ons, usually it's a car, a few soldiers, extra pieces.

You can order these online at playmobil.com and choose your country or you can fill out a brochure you find in the catalogue.
