Hey, thanks for the link! I had no idea they had that many styles of animals. I have a few from their realistic range (hippo, black rhino, boar, fox, deer, panda, koala, crocodile, and brown bear), and they're not at all bad! Those are all from one independent local shop though, and by the looks of things they're phasing them out in favor of Schleichs. I'd love to get my hands on some of those birds, so I hope someone knows of a reputable dealer that ships internationally!

Nayab is the Chinese producer of lowend animal figures (rather toys than collectibles). Nayab┤s figures are very different in their size and quality, they are made from hollow plast (in most cases from 3 pieces). Two years ago I bought such figures in the souvenirs shop in Pilsen ZOO (SW Bohemia). They represent lesser-known animal species, are average quality with no company branding. They were pretty cheap. Better one image than thousands of words, please look to the attached image.

As far as I know today are unbranded Nayab┤s figures available in Czech Republic in "Kaufland" stores but by far not in the entire product range.

I have several of the 'realistic' North American animals. There are, or at least were, others, including a boar/pecarry/pig.

I also have several of the small figures, including the primates, lizards and sea animals. They are decent little figures, but certainly not museum-quality replicas.

What size are they, exactly?
